The 69 Hour Film Competition Returns!

Teams gather from around the globe to slam together the most coherent short film they can in less than 3 days! Its the most frantic weekend film-freak-out and it’s all for the enjoyment of the Shock Stock fans! This year’s event takes place the weekend of April 21-23rd and should be a real splatterfest!

Registration is still only $35 per team and each completed film gets a pair of passes, so it’s already worth your time to get your teams together. Deadline for entries is April 20th at midnight EST, so register now!

The 69 Hour Film Festival will take place  the weekend of April 21-23 and be screened as part of the Shock Stock Film Festival, taking place in conjunction with Canada\'s largest stand-alone horror con, Shock Stock, on the weekend of May 5-7, 2017.
Terms of Entering 69 Hour Film Festival PROJECT TERMS OF SUBMISSION: By submitting an Entry into this Film Festival, each Entrant warrants and represents that the Entrant owns all the rights to the Entry he/she is entering in this Film Festival, including, without limitation, the video or digital recording, and the performance contained in each Entry, with the exception of any assets provided by the team at Shock Stock for use by Entrants in connection with this film festival. Each Entrant further warrants and represents that the Entrant has obtained permission from each person who appears in the Entry to grant the rights to Shock Stock described in these Official Rules, and will submit copies of such permissions to the Film Festival Parties. By submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees to the Official Rules, and further agrees to indemnify and hold the 69 Hour Film Festival and Shock Stock and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the 69 Hour Film Festival and Shock Stock identities due to or arising out of the Entrant’s Entry materials in this Film, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation. Entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless 69 Hour Film Festival and Shock Stock from any and all claims that any advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of 69 Hour Film Festival and Shock Stock infringes on the rights of Entrant’s work as contained in any Entry.
